Dr. Florian Biehl
Strategic Advisor
born in Munich 1976, has studied civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering at TU Dortmund. He completed his PhD in the field of naval architecture at Hamburg University of Technology.
Since 2007 he has worked in various positions in the development, planning and realization of offshore wind farms. Being based in Germany, he advises and directs the local management team in UAE.
Lutz Kobisch
Executive Manager
born in Chemnitz 1984, has studied mechanical- and welding engineering in Hamburg. He has vast experience in Offshore Engineering and Fabrication for major Offshore Wind, Oil and Gas, Shipbuilding, Decommissioning and Salvage Projects.
He is our General Manager for GPC-ME, based in the UAE.
Katja Kobisch
Executive Assistant
born in Hamburg 1982, holds a degree in Financial Management (Diploma in Tax and Public Finance) and is also trained as a Business Administrator specializing in Wholesale and Foreign Trade. Katja’s primary focus is on supporting the operational functions at GPCME, where she handles a range of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, human resources, and finance.
